Remote Team Meeting Planner
One reliable window for a globally distributed team is rare. Here are the patterns that work for most remote teams, plus city-pair pages to nail down the exact times.
For US-and-Europe teams, anchor recurring meetings around 9–11 AM Eastern — that's mid-afternoon in London, Berlin, and Madrid, and still early enough for the US west coast. Adding India to the mix pulls the window earlier, toward 8 AM Eastern / 5:30 PM India.
For teams that span the US, Europe, and East Asia, accept that no single live slot is humane for everyone. Pick two of the three for live meetings and rely on written async updates for the third region. Rotate which region eats the awkward hour so the cost is shared.
Daylight-saving changes break recurring meetings. Re-check the converter the week before each clock change and announce the new local times explicitly.
